Behind 6-5 at half time, UL Bohs had to live dangerously against a very strong Young Munster side before getting home by 8-6. They have now brought off the very difficult double of All Ireland and North Munster trophies. Well done all associated with the wins

In a classic encounter UL Bohs just came out on top. Obviously the recent warm weather training in France helped!

ERC Final: Munster v Toulouse Saturday 24th May 2008 Millennium Stadium, Cardiff
An allocation of tickets for the Final will be applied for by the Club on behalf of members.
We are in the process of trying to organise a day flight ex Shannon for our members. Costs will be approximately €450 to be confirmed on Monday.

Anxious faces at the Women's All Ireland League Final. Roger Downer, Martin O'Sullivan and Frank Malone give advice from the sideline but in the end, it all came down to extra time, and then a drop goal shoot out. Congrats to Blackrock who achieved the unique distinction of TWO victories over UL Bohs in a season, and at the end of it all, just a kick in it.
To quote the Governor of California - "We'll be back"

(Below) Sarah Jane Belton latches onto a pass from Patrique Kelly and heads for the Blackrock line in the All Ireland Final which went down to extra time, then drop goals before the Dubliners 'borrowed' the All Ireland title. However, they're a very good side...curses...It's just we're not used to losing...where's my counsellor when I need her?
