Happy President: David Fitzgerald congratulates
the team as they leave the field having beaten Young Munster to win
the North Munster U-20 Cup. When we last won this trophy, we had players
such as Barry Murphy, Keith Matthews, Ryan Hartigan etc on the team,
so how many future stars are on the present side?

Anxious
faces at the Women's All Ireland League Final. Roger Downer, Martin
O'Sullivan and Frank Malone give advice from the sideline but in the
end, it all came down to extra time, and then a drop goal shoot out.
Congrats to Blackrock who achieved the unique distinction of TWO victories
over UL Bohs in a season, and at the end of it all, just a kick in
it.

"Let me at 'em" Lynn Cantwell in top gear heads for the

Sarah Jane Belton latches onto a pass from Patrique Kelly and heads
for the Blackrock line in the All Ireland Final which went down
to extra time, then drop goals before the Dubliners 'borrowed' the
All Ireland title. However, they're a very good side...curses...It's
just we're not used to losing...where's my counsellor when I need
her?
